Discrimination lexicon

Unia’s discrimination lexicon explains the various laws that are applicable in our country in the fight against discrimination.

The lexicon, which you can download on the Dutch- and French-language versions of this page, is well-organised and practical, without being exhaustive. Because case law and jurisprudence in these matters are constantly evolving, we update it regularly, for example by adding to it recent rulings.

You can consult all the case law in the lexicon in full in the 'Jurisprudence' section; all the negotiated solutions that Unia has reached can be consulted in the section 'Negotiated solutions'.

For more information on case law on gender discrimination we refer you to the Institute for the Equality of Women and Men.
