Customised training
Training is a powerful tool to work towards a diverse, discrimination-free and inclusive workplace. It is an important lever for prevention. Below you can find explanations on Unia's approach.
Our approach: customisation
We do not have a ready-made offer, but we provide a customised answer to your request:
- During an initial meeting we try to gain insight into the needs of your organisation in terms of your specific professional context.
Based on this, we determine how we can best respond to your training needs. When making a training proposal, we always start from the needs of the target group. We determine this through a focus group or a form of survey.
- During the training the emphasis is on interaction and participation. Our trainers create a space in which free expression in a respectful atmosphere is central. We work with realistic cases and share good practices.
- After the training we take the time to evaluate and, if possible, we also make recommendations.
With every training, we monitor its structural and sustainable impact on your organisation. This means that we make the link between the training and the broader DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) policy of your organisation. The training bridges the gap between practice on the ground and more structural measures at policy level.
