Draft General Comment no. 4 of the UN Committee on the right to inclusive education (art. 24 CRPD) : submission from the Centre

At its 14th session the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities adopted a draft of General Comment no. 4 on the right to inclusive education, article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
The Centre, as the independent mechanism responsible for monitoring the implementation of the CRPD, has responded to the Committee’s call for submissions on this draft.
